Chapter Two is being written but very slowly, I apologize for the delay
Chapter I :20 Years Of Dead (Henry’s View)
The year is 2080, these creatures have roamed the earth for 20 years. I was 18 when it started. I just left out for college when I met the most beautiful woman in the world, so I married her now we have 2 kids, our 15 year old daughter Ash and our 11 year old son Joe. Me and Nicole are members of what we know as the last town left standing, Pleasantville. Mayor Victoria and her Assistant Jacob are the only things keeping us alive, well beside the walls.
“DAD!!”, Shouted Ash. “Yes dear,” I Responded “The Fence is down and they are getting in.” Ash said fearfully. I run outside with a colt python and immediately turn back inside and run downstairs with the kids. CRASH “I think the door is down” said Nicole. “Don’t worry dad I’ll take them on” Said Joe. “Don’t do th-” I started to say but stopped because Joe ran upstairs, I followed and before long there was a BANG and I walked downstairs alone with blood dripping off me. “he…he didn’t stop…they took a bite out of him and I did what I had to do…” I said sadly. We all hug each other and then snuck out the back door and sneak into the road trying to remain quiet. “Dad, Do you think there is any hope of life getting better?” asked Ash. “I honestly don’t know Ash, but I really hope so.”
We start running towards the school which is also the Mayor’s office. As we enter the door I notice it is quite in there CREAK “Who Are You?” Said an unknown voice
